ELIGIBILITY Contests are open to the public, regardless of age unless otherwise specified in the particular contest's rules. Contests are NOT open to individuals or their family members employed by KWKB, other WB affiliates, or any other company sponsoring the contest.
ENTRANTS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Entrants assume all responsibiliy for any and all taxes and fees which may be payable due to the receipt and use of their prize. Entrants also assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his/her participation in this contest or use of the prize. Winners must claim their prize within 5 business days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.
SPONSORS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES KWKB and any other contest sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify a contest in the event that the contest is not capable of being conducted or completed for any reason. If an individual attempts to undermine or tamper with the operation of a contest, KWKB and other sponsors may disqualify said individual, as well as seek damages or other form of remedy. KWKB and contest sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes with adequate notice via on-air promotion, website, telephone or mail.
CONDITIONS By entering a contest, contestants grant KWKB the right to use any or all portions of their name, voice, image or performance without prior notice or compensation. KWKB maintains the sole discretion of conducting contests, selecting winners, and interpreting or applying these rules.
